Northern Coasts 10
Northern Coasts (NOCO) 10 is a large multinational naval exercise in the Baltic Sea between the 13th and 24th September 2010. The exercise is hosted by the Finnish Navy.
The main aim of the exercise is to improve the interoperability between participating units and countries with main emphasis on maritime operations in confined and shallow waters.
The fictive scenario of the exercise is a crisis management operation that meets security threats like terrorism, smuggling and piracy.
